Reservation window: Your pack is held only while the timer is active.

Pay on time: Please pay before the timer expires. Payments made after expiry may not automatically secure stock.

Proof submission: Submit either a payment reference/teller number or upload a proof screenshot/PDF.

Admin verification: All payments are confirmed manually. Your status will show Pending review until approved.

Late payments: If you pay late, your reservation may be marked late and requires admin decision (approve or refund).

Refunds (where applicable): Processed within up to 20 business days after verification.
